This concrete tilt-up project just hit a major phase with an overnight slab pour that took over 9 hours and nearly 200 cement trucks to complete. Pouring at night allowed for better curing, safer conditions, and a clean, efficient operation from start to finish.

When we started running ductwork through the ceiling, we realized the original 16x24 ducts were too bulky for the space. Instead of forcing a fit, our team found a smarter solution by switching to 12x36 ducts. The new size kept airflow strong and fit cleanly within the ceiling layout.
Now that mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems are fully installed, the roof underlayment is sealed, and steel panels are going up, this build is hitting its stride.
This is what it looks like when planning, adaptability, and problem-solving come together. Construction rarely goes exactly as planned, but being flexible and able to pivot is what keeps progress moving.
