HOPE Family Shelters in Manteca is moving forward with a major expansion to serve more families experiencing homelessness—and Haggerty is proud to be part of the team making it happen.
The project will add a two-story, 4,500-square-foot building with six apartment units and program space, increasing capacity to house up to 13 families. Haggerty is contributing construction expertise alongside partners like API Planning Architect, RB Environmental, and Clean Planet, helping reduce costs from an estimated $7 million to about $2 million through a phased approach.
This expansion will provide safe housing and vital resources, reinforcing our commitment to building spaces that strengthen the community.
